KC Connekt Media LTD operates in conjunction with its sister company, KC Connekt Media Pte Ltd (Singapore), which manages commercial contracts and financial operations globally. Both entities are subsidiaries of Connekt Media Holding Ltd.
All operational and technical services related to the European Economic Area (EEA), including traffic delivery, reporting, and data flow management, are executed by KC Connekt Media LTD (Ireland), which also acts as the EU representative for KC Connekt Media Pte Ltd in accordance with Article 27 GDPR.
Connekt acts as a data processor in the context of programmatic advertising and does not store or enrich personal data. All data flows are pass-through and used strictly for facilitating advertising transactions in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Types of Information We Collect
We may collect two types of information through our services and interactions with Digital Assets:
1. Non-Personal Information
This includes information that does not directly identify an individual. Examples include aggregated usage data and technical data such as:
